Dairy Power Auto-Kleen is a low foam, heavy duty alkaline cleaner.
Auto-Kleen is a strong alkaline detergent designed to remove stubborn soils and is suitable for use in most automatic wash systems where liquids are preferred.

What is Dairy Power Auto-Kleen?
A low foam, heavy duty alkaline cleaner. It is a strong alkaline detergent designed to remove stubborn soils and is suitable for use in most automatic wash systems where liquids are preferred.
How much do I use?
30 mL per 10 L in soft water conditions, or 50 mL per 10 L in hard water conditions (above 300 ppm CaCO3).
What temperature and wash time?
For milking plants the wash step should be 3 to 5 minutes at 65°C–85°C. For milk vat auto wash, use a maximum temperature of 75°C. All milk contact surfaces should be rinsed and sanitised prior to next milking.
What safety precautions apply?
Auto-Kleen is corrosive and poisonous if swallowed. When preparing solution, wear elbow length rubber neoprene gloves, face shield or goggles. A violent reaction may occur if added directly to boiling water. Always read the registered label before use (APVMA 52224).

It is classified as environmentally hazardous (a marine pollutant), so it is regulated as a dangerous good for sea and air transport and our freight carriers will not accept it on those routes.
