Dairy Power Auto-Kleen is a low foam heavy duty, caustic-based liquid circulation cleaner designed to remove most fat and proteinaceous soils.
It is suitable for use with most autowash units, vats and milking plants where liquids may be automatically dispensed.
Auto-Kleen is stable at low temperatures making dispensing assured all year round.
Auto-Kleen is a clear to slightly hazy, colourless mobile liquid with a surfactant odour.

Directions For Use:
Surfaces should be rinsed with cold to warm water prior to cleaning.
Auto-Kleen should be used at 0.3% to 0.5% concentration depending on the water hardness and degree of soiling.
30mL per 10 litres (soft water)
50mL per 10 litres (hard water)
Auto-Kleen should then be circulated at temperatures of 65°C to 85°C through milk plants and at a maximum of 75°C through milk vats for 3-5 minutes.
All milk contact surfaces should be rinsed and sanitised prior to next milking.
