Casper Turf Herbicide is a clever combination of two active ingredients (Dicamba 50% & Prosulfuron 5%) that together deliver more than either could in isolation.
Prosulfuron is new to the turf industry and has been combined with the trusted herbicide Dicamba to deliver highly effective control of many broadleaf weeds.
Casper Turf is for post-emergence selective control of certain broadleaf weeds in established turf.

Casper as a post-emergent herbicide is taken up by leaves, shoots and roots of target weeds.
Application targeted towards delivering Casper to thoroughly cover the leaves and shoots is best.

Casper can be washed off the leaves and into the soil to promote root uptake for complete systemic action.

Casper Turf Herbicide is a selective post-emergence herbicide for use on established turf. Apply to weeds after emergence from autumn to early spring, using ground application equipment only, in 400 to 800 L water/ha with nozzles producing a COARSE spray quality.
Label rates range from 600 to 800 g/ha, 800 g to 1 kg/ha, up to 1 to 1.2 kg/ha for Pennywort and White Clover depending on target weed — always confirm the exact rate for your target species on the current registered label.
This product is a Schedule 6 POISON. Wear appropriate PPE, observe all label safety directions and re-entry intervals, and do not graze treated turf/lawn or feed treated clippings to poultry or livestock. (APVMA 63890)

Tips for Best Results
- Apply to actively growing weeds: Best results are achieved when weeds are young and actively growing. Avoid spraying during periods of drought stress, frost, or extreme heat as uptake and translocation will be reduced.
- Calibrate your equipment: Accurate application is critical with sulfonylurea herbicides — even small overdoses can damage desirable turf species. Always calibrate your sprayer before use and apply at the correct volume per hectare as stated on the label.
- Resistance management: Sulfonylurea herbicides (Group B / Group 2) are prone to resistance development with repeated use. Rotate to herbicides with a different mode of action where possible and avoid using the same product exclusively season after season.
- Avoid drift and off-target movement: Use low-drift nozzles and spray only in calm conditions (wind speeds below 15 km/h). Sulfonylurea residues can damage nearby ornamental plants, gardens, and sensitive crops — maintain appropriate buffer distances from non-target areas.
- Storage and safety: Store in a cool, dry, locked location away from children, pets, and foodstuffs as required for an S6 chemical. Dispose of empty containers according to label instructions and local council requirements — triple rinse and puncture before disposal.
