This camlock male adaptor with tail type E is designed to connect your rural poly pipe (green stripe) to camlock quick-disconnect couplings. Insert the 25mm barb tail firmly into the poly pipe until fully seated, then secure with two stainless steel clamps positioned either side of the barb ridges. Ensure the camlock head is pointing in the direction you need for your water line connection. The fitting is rated to 800kPa, suitable for most gravity-fed and pump systems in Queensland rural applications. Tips: Always use stainless steel clamps with barb fittings to prevent corrosion and ensure a watertight seal in rural environments. For easier future disconnections, consider using camlock couplings at strategic points along your water line rather than relying solely on solvent-weld or permanent fittings.
