Speedy Feeders by Shoof are three-speed feeders for fast or weak calves, with an easy-grip design, low-mounted teat, wide neck and quick coarse-thread cap. This 4 L Speedy Feeder is supplied with a Big Softy teat.
When you get a real fast drinker, switch to 'Fast' and let him go for it. When you have a weak premature-born calf needing careful feeding, switch to 'Stop' or 'Slow' and let him take milk as he can cope without drowning. The three speeds control the air inflow to the bottle, and thus the milk outflow. Reduce time wasted on speedsters and prevent drowning weaklings, all using the same bottle and teat.
The bottle has a multi-directional easy-grip hand hold. The teat is mounted low in the cap to empty the bottle contents completely. The wide 70 mm-diameter neck ensures easier filling and cleaning, and the coarse-thread cap is quick and easy to fit. The wide base gives the bottle maximum stability when standing.
Spare teats are supplied as fitted teat/cap assemblies, or as bare teat. Teat replacement needs some strength to achieve.
