USE:

For straining the fence line in 3 directions at a T-Junction.

 

Set the box end strainer at the end or corner of your fence line where the strain will be greatest. Insert the stay pins through the box end and into the ground at an angle, making sure they're driven deep and firm. Thread your wire through the box end slots and tension it using the straining mechanism until the wire is tight but not over-stretched, then secure the wire end. Tips: Always install your stay pins at a 45-degree angle away from the direction of pull—this gives you maximum holding power in the ground. Don't over-tension your wire on the first go; give it a day or two to settle, then come back and tighten it up again as the wire will relax slightly.
