FEATURES

USE:

For straining the fence line on the end of a fence line or at
each side of a gate opening.
For a change in direction or corner use the 2 way configuration.

Install the box end strainer at corner or terminal points where your fence line needs to change direction or end. Thread your wire through the strainer box, ensuring it's pulled tight and seated properly in the end loop. Secure the stay wire at the recommended angle to create proper tension and prevent the strainer from being pulled out of square. Tighten all bolts firmly but don't overtighten, as this can distort the casting. Tips: Always use this strainer on the high-stress side of your fence—corners and ends take the most punishment from stock pressure and weather, so don't skimp here. Set your stay wire at around 45 degrees for maximum holding power, and make sure it's anchored into solid ground or a substantial post to stop the whole assembly walking forward over time.

What is this kit used for?

This kit is designed for straining the fence line at the end of a fence run or at each side of a gate opening. If you need to handle a change in direction or build a corner, you'll want the 2 way configuration instead.

What does "one way direction" mean?

The one way design means the straining assembly works in a single direction, making it suitable for end-of-line and gate applications. For corners or direction changes, a two way kit would be needed.

Do I need to supply anything else to build this?

Yes — this kit doesn't include the concrete fence posts or strainer posts themselves. You'll need to supply those separately to complete your assembly.
