Ficam W Insecticide is a residual spray for control of a wide range of insect pests in and around domestic, industrial, commercial and public service buildings. 800 g/kg bendiocarb wettable powder (APVMA 31988).

What pests does Ficam W control?
The label lists ants, bed bugs, carpet beetles, cockroaches (German, Oriental, American, Australian smoky brown), fleas, spiders, silverfish, Black Portuguese millipedes, European wasps, flies, seed harvesting ants (pasture seed) and black beetle (turf, not TAS).
How much do I mix?
For most building pests the label rate is 15 or 30 g per 5 L water; use the higher rate for longer residual control or when heavy infestations occur or when conditions are unhygienic. Check the label for millipede, wasp, fly, seed and turf rates.
What is the active ingredient?
800 g/kg bendiocarb (an anti-cholinesterase compound). The product is a Schedule 6 poison.
Can it be used where food is handled?
Food processing factories, restaurants, kitchens and food stores are listed situations, but the label says to avoid contact with food, food utensils, or places where food is prepared or stored, and to remove or cover all exposed foodstuffs before use.
