Silvan 18V 2.1Ah Battery Pack - Suits 190714 ProGrade Knapsack

Replacement 18V 2.1Ah battery pack (Silvan part 183411) for the Silvan 15L ProGrade Rechargeable Knapsack, model 190714. Silvan's matching charger is part 183530 (Battery Charger 18V Standard). Charging: in a covered, dry, dust-free location, insert the charger plug into a 230V wall outlet - the light on the charger should turn red and stay on. Fully slide the charger onto the battery; the light should flash red twice, then change to flashing green to indicate it is correctly charging. When charging is complete the light will remain green and stay on constantly. Remove the battery from the charger after it is fully charged. Charging time for a 2.1Ah battery should not exceed 3.5 hours. If the light continues to flash red only, the battery is too hot. If it flashes red and green alternately, the battery has been damaged. Do not use this charger to charge non-rechargeable battery packs, and do not leave the charger where it may rain. Fitting: insert the battery with the battery button facing upward and slide it down into the battery dock so that it engages the rails and slides in until it latches into place. To remove, depress the battery button and lift the battery from the dock. Storage: store the battery indoors in a warm, dry location out of direct sunlight and away from any sources of moisture or intense heat. Charge it at least once every 3 months when not in use.
