The Australian Livestock Backrubber Insecticide Applicator is used to control or eradicate Buffalo Fly. The 2 and 3 metre, regular and self-oiling Backrubbers are generally hung where cattle camp, water or feed.
Initial cost is very low and maintenance and servicing is minimal; labour costs are cut considerably; no mustering; dipping or spraying in boggy yards is eliminated; the loss of insecticide by rain after spraying or dipping is eliminated.
The Backrubber Applicator can be removed easily and stored under cover when it is not required, during cooler months. Doing this can considerably extend the life span of the Backrubber Applicator.
Manufacturing: When manufacturing the Backrubber Applicator, ALB uses only the highest quality materials available. The chain and felt are Queensland made while the netting is a Japanese product of the strongest nylon twine.

How do I set up the self-oiling backrubber?
Hang the hose end of the Backrubber 1.8 m high and attach hose to drum using tap and clamp (supplied), turn tap on to full and observe oil mix slowly soaking through. You must monitor oil usage because you may lose all your product if it drips too fast.
