AUSWET 600 Wetting Agent (APVMA 60567) is a non-ionic spreader activator for agricultural sprays as specified in the Directions for Use table.
Active constituent: 600 g/L nonyl phenol ethylene oxide condensate.
AUSWET 600 Wetting Agent is a spray additive designed for use with fungicides, insecticides and weed killers. It can be used with alkaline sprays and mixes easily with all types of water. It will not injure the most tender foliage if used as directed.
Spray only to the point where leaves are just wet. Spraying beyond this will encourage run-off, with obvious loss of spray chemicals.
Mixing: AUSWET 600 should be added direct to the spray tank. It should not be added direct to undiluted sprays containing wetting agents.
Horticultural sprays: add at 10 mL per 100 L of spray (2 mL per 15 L knapsack). It is recommended for addition to all horticultural sprays except those known to include adequate wetting agent in the formulation.
Weed killing sprays: add to all post-emergence herbicide sprays to increase their efficiency, except those known to contain adequate wetting agent in the formulation. Wetter should be added only where directed on individual labels, as use with selective herbicides outside label directions may reduce crop selectivity.

High volume power spray: 12 mL/100 L
Low volume boom spray: 60 mL/100 L
Misting machines: 5 mL/5 L
Knapsack: 2 mL/15 L
Paraquat and diquat (quantity to add to spray)
High volume power spray: 200 mL/100 L of spray
Misting machines: 200 mL/100 L of spray
Knapsack: 30 mL/15 L of spray
Soil residual herbicides: rates will range from 125 mL - 500 mL per 100 L depending on product used. Consult product labels for individual recommendations and restrictions.
Fire fighting (quantity to add to spray)
Water tanker: 10 mL/100 L of water
Knapsack: 2 mL/15 L of water
Environment: Harmful to fish. DO NOT contaminate ponds, streams, rivers or waterways with the chemical or used containers.
Safety: May irritate the eyes and skin. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. When using or preparing product wear cotton overalls buttoned to the neck and wrist (or equivalent clothing), elbow length PVC/rubber gloves and goggles.
