USES
We recommend to use the longer AC02 (3250mm) pipe for the diagonal rail in the Diagonal Stay Assembly. When using the Stay pipe in the Box End Assembly the longer stay makes a stronger end, when you tension the diagonal wire the strength is maximised when using a longer stay.
For a standard Box End Assembly use the AC01 (2150mm) Stay Pipe
Use the rail to make feature entrances and post and rail fences. ACP’s patented bracket system makes building a fence with concrete fence posts strong, long-lasting and quick and easy to build.

What size is the AC01 rail and what's it made of?
The AC01 is a 2150mm galvanised pipe with a 50 Nominal Bore. It has a 60mm outside diameter and 2.3mm wall thickness. It's hot-dipped galvanised and meets the S/NZ 1163-C350 standard for light tubular sections.
What's the difference between AC01 and AC02?
Both are round galvanised pipes with a 50NB size, but AC01 is 2150mm long while AC02 is 3250mm long. We recommend using the longer AC02 for diagonal rails in a Diagonal Stay Assembly, as it creates a stronger end when you tension the diagonal wire. Use the shorter AC01 for a standard Box End Assembly.
What can I use this rail for?
This rail is designed for making feature entrances and post and rail fences. It works with ACP's patented bracket system and concrete fence posts to build strong, long-lasting fences quickly and easily.
Is there a longer cattle rail option?
Yes, the AC03 is a 6100mm Galvanised Cattle Rail with dimensions of 115x42mm and 2.0–2.3mm wall thickness. It's duraprimed and galvanized steel, and meets ILG to AS/NZS 4792 ILG100.
