Dalgety Moximax Pour-On is a broad-spectrum endectocide for the treatment and control of moxidectin-sensitive internal and external parasites in cattle and for the control of lungworm and gastrointestinal roundworms in red deer. It is a ready-to-use pour-on formulation designed for easy topical application along the backline.

Moxidectin 5 g/L
Solvent: Hydrocarbon liquid 150 g/L

MODE OF ACTION
Moximax delivers a dose of 0.5 mg moxidectin per kg of liveweight when applied at 1 mL per 10 kg bodyweight. Moxidectin is absorbed through the skin and distributed throughout the animal, providing effective control of parasites with extended persistent activity.

PERSISTENT PROTECTION (CATTLE)
Up to 42 days control of Ostertagia ostertagi
Up to 28 days control of Haemonchus placei
Up to 42 days control of lungworm
21 to 42 days control of other intestinal nematodes
For strategic tick control, retreatment may be required at approximately 21-day intervals depending on conditions.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Apply as a pour-on along the midline of the back from the withers to the tail head.
Dose rate: 1 mL per 10 kg liveweight.
Ensure animals are accurately weighed or weight-grouped to avoid under- or overdosing.
Do not retreat red deer within 60 days.

WITHHOLDING PERIODS
Meat (cattle): Nil
Milk: Nil
Export slaughter interval: Nil (confirm current requirements before use)
Meat (red deer): Do not use less than 7 days before slaughter for human consumption.

SAFETY AND HANDLING
Harmful if swallowed and may irritate eyes and skin.
Avoid contact with eyes and skin and avoid inhaling vapours.
Wash hands after use.
Store below 30°C and protect from direct sunlight.
Dangerous to aquatic organisms. Avoid contamination of waterways.

Rainfast formulation with minimal loss of efficacy in wet conditions.
Non-irritant to skin when used as directed.
Do not apply at the same time as another pour-on treatment.
