Description
Olssons kiln dried salt is a medium grade Pacific sea salt, with iodine added and is suitable as a cooking ingredient and in food processing.
To make sea salt, Olssons used solar evaporation of seawater from two of the worlds most pristine oceans.
Natural sea salt (sodium chloride) suitable for human consumption. Produced in Australia by solar
evaporation, harvested and refined in accordance with good manufacturing practice, under HACCP and SQF Code systems, verified by BSI. It complies with Standards 2.10.2 (salt and salt products) of the Food Standards Code Australia New Zealand Volume 2.
