Description
Worm Hit Fertiliser is an organic, biological fertiliser made from worm castings that contain beneficial soil micro-organisms.
Worm Hit Pellets are 5mm in diameter to suit a range of agricultural uses including broadacre, horticulture, viticulture and the home garden market.
Worm Hit fertiliser works as a slow release, to allow soil micro-organisms to provide a steady stream of nutrients for new growth and boost the root rhizosphere.
This process will help your crops or plants to grow stronger and quicker for commercial production.
Your plants will grow stronger, healthier and have a bigger root system to enable them to be more resistant to disease and effects of bad weather.
The Benefits of Worm Hit Fertiliser:
Maximise Nutrient Availability:
The soil micro-organisms help to increase the nutrient availability and regulate the nutrient uptake to ensure that the element is in the right place at the right time, when the plant requires it.
Improves Soil Structure:
The soil micro-organisms increase soil and nutrient holding capacity as well as increased soil aeration.
Helps water retention and survival in dry conditions and greatly assists the plant in a quicker recovery after extended dry weather.
Increases Yield and Plant Quality:
The process created by using worm castings increased plant available nutrients in the soil, increasing the yield and improving the quality of the crop.
Increases Humic Acid:
Worm cast fertiliser creates Humic Acid molecules that group together to provide a protective layer around the roots.
It's the same protective, slimy coating found on worms.
This protective layer allows for stronger root systems and helps protect plants against pathogen threats.
Disease Suppression:
The increased Humic Acid and it's protective benefits for the plant root system, as well as increased plant-available soil nutrients, improves overall plant health therefore protecting the plant from pathogens and disease.
Application Rates:
Worm Hit Pellet application rates may vary on crop, irrigation, plant density per hectare current soil condition and average rainfall.
